(iii)   www.shareyourforms.com where users can access a variety of forms for free and upload their own forms to share with other users.

The Company‘s products help businesses and individuals operate more efficiently and more economically by reducing the agreement preparation cost and by improving the quality of the agreement.                  The Company’s founder spent 20 years growing businesses in California‘s Silicon Valley and perceived a need for a more economical way to provide business knowledge for the development of a new business.  Business is, after all about agreements, so providing businesses with standard well conceived practical forms that professionals have previously used is one way to pass on knowledge to another business.
